Donna Bost-White, MPA



Project Manager/
grant writer



Donna has 25 years of experience in project management. Focusing on service, education, cultural awareness and community her work at ArtsConnection, New York City Dept. of Parks & Recreation, Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater/ Ailey School, New Jersey Performing Arts Center (NJPAC), the Metropolitan Opera House, The Juilliard School, and Kean University merged her performing arts and business background. She has presented workshops at the Association of Performing Arts Presenters (APAP), Arts Education Partnership, and the National Council on Aging on the community/arts education and creative aging. A graduate of the NYC LaGuardia High School of Performing Arts; the State University of New York (SUNY) at Old Westbury (B.S. in Business Management and a B.A. in Dance) and Kean University (MPA) and certified to teach Dance in NJ. Through ARCH, Donna provides support to strengthen the work of organizations and individuals in the Arts, Recreation, Culture, and the Human Services.​





kim Bost, Psy.d



Clinician/ advisor



Dr. Kim Bost is a seasoned mental health professional with a dynamic personality who has worked in the mental health field since 1996. She began her work in corrections as a student trainee at Cook County Jail in Chicago and was invited to remain on as a staff person after her training year. Her clinical work in corrections includes employment at various sites within the states of Virginia and Florida, affording her the opportunity to provide individual and group therapy with juvenile sex offenders and adults found Incompetent to Proceed and Not Guilty by Reason of Insanity. In addition to her work with correctional populations, Dr. Bost has also worked in outpatient settings providing individual, group, and family therapy to at-risk youth and their families. Dr. Bost also provides training to law enforcement officers and has worked in liaison with juvenile judges and parole officers towards investigating and reducing the rate of incarceration for youth of color. Not wanting to limit herself to clinical practice, Dr. Bost serves as an Adjunct Professor at Berkeley College and at Middlesex County College, providing instruction in Liberal Arts with a focus on Psychology and Sociology.
